Job Objective:
Managing and developing the work of the Design Department and supervising all design activities, ensuring the execution of projects with high quality, in accordance with approved regulations and codes, and within the specified time and budgetwhile leading the team and achieving company goals and customer satisfaction.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Job Authorities:
Approving design outputs and deliverables within the authorized limits.
Distributing tasks among department employees and evaluating their performance.
Proposing manpower and training needs for the department.
Representing the department in technical and coordination meetings.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Work Experience:
Minimum 1215 years of experience in the design field.
Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficiency in architectural design programs (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalents).
Comprehensive knowledge of codes and regulations.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and make decisions.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Work Relationships:
Internal relationships with other departments and divisions.
External relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers as required.
