EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Architecture & Planning Industry Design Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and design development drawings for architectural and planning projects.
- Translate client briefs and project requirements into functional, innovative design solutions.
- Prepare and review architectural layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and design presentations.
- Coordinate design activities with structural, MEP, planning, and technical office teams.
- Ensure all design deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- From 2 to 4 years of professional experience in design roles within architecture, planning, or engineering consultancy firms.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical capabilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
- Solid understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and design development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
