Job Description

  • Handle complete manufacturing details of RTU Units including but not limited to
  • Drawings correction
  • Panels assembly details
  • Accessories, drain pan, blanking plates etc
  • Coil manufacturing details
  • Work instructions for production
  • Ensuring NC programs are properly transferred to machines
  • BOMs
  • Executing Engineering department routine jobs to align it with production schedule
  • Updating bill on materials with actual sheet metal quantities as nested
  • Keeping scrap in control
  • Preparation of Engineering Material specifications sheets
  • Working on new developments/design modifications in RTU
  • Documentation and control of Engineering Changes/Modifications
