JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design & Engineering Inspections Manager to join our esteemed team. As a key player in the management of infrastructure projects, you will be Responsible for providing an additional layer of quality control during the construction phase of projects
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all necessary statutory authority NOCs, permits, and design approvals are accessible on site during construction
- Review and approve all comments related to submittals, including contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials, and alternative proposals submitted by the contractors
- Perform scheduled site inspections to verify installations in alignment with the contract documents
- Carry out unscheduled inspections to confirm that construction adheres to F&E standards, policies, and specifications
- Evaluate and approve the contractor's method statement for installation and execution of the works
Assess and approve the contractor's testing and commissioning plan, procedures, and method statements.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Engineering or Construction or equivalent
- Project Management Qualification (PMI, APM or equivalent)
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in construction management & supervision support for the implementation & closure of projects
