Role Overview

We are seeking a Design Management Architect to support the coordination and delivery of architectural design activities across assigned projects. The role involves managing internal coordination and working closely with external consultants to ensure high-quality design delivery aligned with project scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Development, Project Management, and Controls teams during project planning and design phases

- Support and manage outsourced architectural consultants throughout the design process

- Prepare design schedules, action plans, and technical studies

- Review architectural deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit

- Prepare and maintain design documentation, reports, and area schedules

- Participate in design meetings and progress reviews

- Support and mentor junior architects

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering

- 35 years of relevant experience (real estate or construction preferred)

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Good command of English

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

- ERP experience is a plus

Work Conditions

- Office-based with site and consultant visits as required
