About the Client

We are sourcing on behalf of the General Engineering Company (GEC) that has been delivering comprehensive project management, design, and consultancy services since 1989. They offer full-spectrum services including hospitality consultancy, feasibility studies, architecture, interior design, electromechanical systems, and turnkey project delivery. With extensive international experience, they have successfully completed diverse projects across hospitality, residential, commercial, and master planning sectors.

Location: Riyadh, KSA

About the Role

Design Management Professional with 815 years of experience in managing design projects from strategy and briefing stage through to IFC stage.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in mega projects and master plan development projects, with a good understanding of RIBA stage gates and overall design stage requirements.

The candidate should also demonstrate strong knowledge of design management across all design stages, including:

• Risk management
• Permitting
• Stakeholder management
• Cost planning
• Value engineering
• BIM management
• HSE in design

Mandatory requirement

Prior GCC experience, good command of the English language

Preferred requirement

Prior KSA experience and / or internal audit experience
