Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Design Manager based in United Arab Emirates. The Design Manager will oversee all aspects of project design, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to develop innovative and functional designs. Responsibilities include managing the design process, providing creative direction, reviewing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project standards, and delivering projects within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Ability to manage and oversee all aspects of the design process, including planning, documentation, and implementation
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience in directing design teams and collaborating with stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the education and healthcare sectors is an advantage
