Role:

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager for a luxury branded residential project. The role requires proven experience in branded residential or high-end hospitality projects, leading the full design process, managing multidisciplinary consultants, ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards, driving value engineering, and acting as the main liaison to ensure timely approvals and smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete design lifecycle from concept to construction delivery.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with brand guidelines, client requirements, project objectives, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary consultants (architectural, structural, MEP, interior, landscape).
• Review and approve design submissions, drawings, material selections, and specifications.
• Drive value engineering and risk management initiatives to optimize design quality and cost efficiency.
• Act as the primary interface between the client, brand representatives, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor design progress, timelines, and budgets, ensuring smooth integration with construction activities.
• Facilitate timely authority submissions and approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 812+ years of experience in design management, preferably in branded residential or hospitality projects.
• Proven experience delivering branded residential, hospitality, or high-end mixed-use projects.
• Proven track record managing design from concept to delivery on large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, structural).
• Strong background in reviewing design submissions, specifications, and authority approvals.
• Hands-on involvement in value engineering, risk management, and design optimization.
• Experience liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues.
• Familiarity with BIM processes, design software, and document control systems.
