Design Manager

Madison Pearl is partnering with a Singaporean family office for an opportunity of Design Manager within their real estate development team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process, ensuring coordination between consultants compliance with development goals and authority regulations.
• Develop design strategy and manage local and international consultant appointments. Coordinate design from concept to construction documentation (IFC).
• Ensure full design compliance with UAE authority regulations and planning policies.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and value engineer proposals.
• Oversee permitting and project registration processes with relevant authorities.
• Ensures that all technical deliverables align with project objectives and investor expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
• 12-15 years UAE experience in design strategy.
• 5+ years of experience working with a client or on developers side.
• Experience working with international design consultants (e.g., Atkins, Aecom, Gensler).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with board of directors.
