Design Manager – Master Plan & Urban Development, Riyadh KSA
We're working with a leading international PMC to find a Design Manager for a major Master Plan & Urban Development in Riyadh.
You'll be the driving force behind design quality and consistency across the whole programme — pulling together architecture, planning, infrastructure, utilities and landscape into one coherent, buildable vision, while leading a small technical team underneath you.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Architecture
- 15+ years across architecture, urban development, master planning or large mixed-use schemes
- A background in PMCM, PMC, consultancy, developer or client-side roles, ideally on big Saudi or Gulf programmes
- Chartered status or equivalent
- Saudi experience essential, based in or open to relocating to Riyadh
