Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the creative direction for our non-apparel categories, including footwear and fashion accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to European markets and a deep understanding of global and European trend forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design process for footwear and accessories collections.
• Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely development.
• Manage design calendars, mood boards, material sourcing, and sample development.
• Oversee a team of designers and ensure brand consistency across collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in footwear and accessories design.
• Strong knowledge of European fashion trends and consumer preferences.
• Proven ability to manage design teams and deliver trend-led collections.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
