Position Overview:
As a Design Manager you will lead our design studio team to deliver outstanding architecture and interior projects. You must have at least 3 years experience working in a design studio environment and a proven track record of guiding design from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the design team: architects, interior designers, and support staff.
- Oversee project design phases: concept development, schematic design, design development, documentation.
- Ensure design quality, brand standards, timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with construction, client and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, creative environment. Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a design studio (architecture/interior design) with a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio of architectural/interior design projects.
- Excellent design sensibility, technical knowledge, CAD/BIM software proficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication and project-management skills.
