Talent Tide is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai, for an experienced Technical Manager – MEP.
Experienced Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of UAE consultancy experience to lead the Engineering & Technical team of a leading MEP contracting company. The candidate will manage multidisciplinary MEP design, provide technical leadership, and ensure engineering excellence from tender through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the technical delivery of MEP projects from design review through project completion.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and project teams.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure quality standards, project timelines, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Support value engineering initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP contracting, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering large-scale MEP projects.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
