We're looking for aDesign & Production Assistant, based in Dubai, that will support Design and Product Development throughout the entire process. Playing a key role in organizing materials, preparing development overviews, assisting in fittings, and maintaining collection documentation. You'll need to have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive mindset that allows you to work seamlessly across departments.
Playing an essential part in keeping our collections running smoothly from concept to production. Your goal is to ensure that all development workflows are structured, updated, and executed with precision
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the design team with preparing and maintaining line-sheets
- Organize and maintain our sourcing materials and Pantone library
- Receive, send, and track development and production parcels
- Create both digital and physical lab-dip overviews
- Support the development team by organizing incoming samples
- Help prepare fittings: book models, measure and steam samples
- Attend fitting sessions and work closely with the product developer on prototype improvements
- Support the creation of technical collection documents, including fit and processing comments
- Participate in the complete development and production process
- Maintain and update collection boards across multiple collections
- Support to the Development, Design & Production teams with general tasks
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience within fashion or product development is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with AI tools
- Located in Dubai and able to work 40 hours full time
