Job Title: Design Senior Engineer

Job Location: Head Office.
Accountabilities:
- Prepare and review mechanical Design & Shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct detailed MEP coordination with electrical and civil disciplines to resolve clashes.
- Analyze project specifications, design drawings, and tender documents to ensure accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs.
- Prepare material submittals, technical queries (RFIs), and method statements for consultant/client approvals.
- Provide technical support to procurement and site execution teams by reviewing supplier submittals, selecting materials, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and implement value engineering solutions to optimize design and reduce project costs without compromising quality or safety.
Direct Manager: Design Section Head - Mechanical.
Qualification:
- Years of experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the MEP industry, with at least 4 years in a technical office role.
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's in mechanical Power Engineering.
- Language proficiency: English & Arabic.
- Computer skills: MS office, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Elite, Duct Sizer.
