The ideal candidate should have experience working with buying houses, export houses, or home dcor manufacturers, with strong exposure to global trends and product development for international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop home dcor hard goods such as vases, decorative objects, trays, candle holders, wall dcor, etc.
- Research global design trends, materials, finishes, and techniques to create commercially viable products.
- Work closely with sourcing, merchandising, and suppliers for product development and sampling.
- Prepare design concepts, sketches, and product specifications.
