Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK, for a Designer. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for decorative lighting solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing concepts, collaborating with clients and team members, and ensuring designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and incorporating them into design proposals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD 2D or 3D
• Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative lighting designs
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple design projects simultaneously
• Understanding of market trends and their application to innovative product designs
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in sketching, rendering, and creating prototypes
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in the lighting or interior design industry is a plus
