Designer Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Designer Sales Specialist. The Designer Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include designing and presenting customized solutions for kitchens and closets, managing client relationships, and guiding them through the sales process. This role involves collaboration with the design and production teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and ensure a positive experience
• Interior Design and expertise in Kitchen & Bath Design to create customized, high-quality solutions
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with design software and tools is preferred
• Previous experience in luxury design or related fields is an advantage
