We are looking for a creative and user-focused Designer to craft intuitive, modern user experiences and visually compelling interfaces for web and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate business needs into elegant, user-centered designs.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX & Product Design:
- Design user interfaces, user experiences, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Translate business and product requirements into clear user flows and design solutions
- Create high-fidelity designs that balance usability and visual appeal
Collaboration & Implementation:
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Provide design specifications and support throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Agile environments
Design Systems & Optimization:
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Ensure brand alignment and visual consistency across all digital assets
- Conduct usability improvements based on feedback and testing
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Experience designing responsive and cross-platform interfaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience working closely with developers in Agile teams
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience with usability testing or design validation techniques
