Job Description:

Provide end-user computing support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Administer and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Manage and deploy endpoint security tools (antivirus, encryption, patch management).

Handle software deployment, updates, and configuration management.

Troubleshoot and resolve user technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Collaborate with IT teams to improve desktop infrastructure and automation.

Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, incidents, and resolutions.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or IT support roles.

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS administration.

Experience with endpoint security tools (Symantec, McAfee, BitLocker, etc.).

Proficiency in software deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar).

Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
