We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will provide frontline technical support across our Head Office and branch offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Youll play a key role in supporting users, resolving IT issues, maintaining assets, and enabling business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for Head Office and branch offices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Set up and configure new employee workstations (hardware, software, network access).
- Support users with applications such as Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Zoom.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Log, track, and resolve IT incidents through the helpdesk system.
- Coordinate with other IT teams for escalated cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate users on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.
What Were Looking For
- Diploma (minimum) or Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT/Desktop Support
- Strong technical knowledge of PCs, desktop hardware, and common business applications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving license
