Destination Strategy & Development – Master Developer – Jeddah, KSA
We are partnering with a leading real estate developer in KSA to hire a Manager – Asset Management, to join their Jeddah based team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping one of the Kingdom's most ambitious mixed-use development project.
The Opportunity
As part of a high-impact team, you will help define the strategic vision, positioning, and commercial growth of the destination. You will combine market intelligence, strategic thinking, and financial insight to drive development decisions and enhance long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and support the overall strategy and positioning
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and demand forecasting
- Develop new concepts and product offerings to elevate visitor experience
- Identify and drive strategic partnerships and growth opportunities
- Conduct financial modelling and feasibility studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on development plans
- Deliver insightful presentations and recommendations to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in:
- Candidates should ideally come from a leading Consultancy background
- Candidates should ideally have asset management experience in: Real Estate (Master Developer) or Hospitality
- Strategy consulting
- Tourism or destination advisory
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, analytics, and market intelligence
- Solid understanding of real estate economics and development cycles
- Proven experience in financial analysis and feasibility assessment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience working on large-scale or mixed-use development is highly preferred
