Our client os looking for an experienced
Development Director client side SAUDI experience who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and construction of our real estate projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate development process, architectural knowledge, and extensive project management experience in large construction companies.
Candidates will be tasked with delivering the following KPI'S and must have a proven track record.
- Project Timeliness: Ensure that projects are completed within the specified timeline, meeting or exceeding the established project milestones. KPI: % of projects completed on time.
- Budget Adherence: Maintain strict control over project budgets, ensuring that expenses are within the approved budget. KPI: % of projects completed within budget.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in project development, resulting in positive customer feedback and minimal post-construction issues. KPI: Customer satisfaction scores and post-construction issues reported.
- ROI (Return on Investment): Maximize the return on investment for each project by monitoring and optimizing project costs and revenues. KPI: Project-specific ROI.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects are in full compliance with local regulations, minimizing the risk of legal issues or delays. KPI: % of projects in compliance with local regulations.
You will need to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate development industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with large construction companies.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex real estate projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Riyadh and the broader Saudi Arabia region.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
