Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Development Lead to lead technical execution, development planning, code quality, release coordination, and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Lead development planning, technical execution, and task breakdown.
- Guide development teams in delivering secure, maintainable, and scalable application components.
- Establish and maintain code review and engineering quality standards.
- Coordinate releases and lead defect resolution activities.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to development teams.
- Ensure strong ownership, technical communication, and delivery discipline.
