At FlairsTech, we're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (6+ years of experience) to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning platforms end-to-end, driving automation, and mentoring others while working on enterprise-scale systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and similar tools.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using logging and observability tools.
- Embed security best practices across infrastructure, networking, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes and system architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to best practices and technical documentation.
