Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment processes that support our products and services. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to improve reliability, scalability, and delivery speed. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and can work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, environments, and system reliability.
- Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support incident response.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and testing processes.
- Implement infrastructure as code, configuration management, and environment standards.
- Support security, scalability, and performance best practices.
- Document systems, workflows, and operational procedures clearly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, system administration, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure tools.
- Knowledge of containers, orchestration, and environment management.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system reliability.
- Good understanding of scripting, version control, and operational workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.
- Experience working in Agile or product-driven teams.
- Exposure to security, automation, or site reliability practices.
