DevOps Engineer

Job Description Summary

As a member of the Cloud Operations (DevOps) team, you will support and coordinate the ongoing operational activities (Deployments, compliance, and infrastructure setup) for our Public cloud hosted solutions (AWS), collaborating closely with developers to automate and accelerate our software delivery lifecycle and build tools to improve overall system efficiency Automation (using Jenkins, Harness & Github)

• Day to day responsibilities will include ensuring that our solutions are resilient, available, healthy, and performing well.

• This role will be focused on operational excellence and will work to continuously improve the overall customer solution experience.

About you :

• 2 to 5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer
• Experience in IaC (Cloud formation, Terraform)
• Proficiency with Jenkins Pipeline, and Github,
• Understanding of the principles of CI and CD
• Proficiency in Linux & good scripting experience with Python / Shell.
• Sound knowledge of any public cloud AWS & OCI
• Create, maintain, and scale CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Maintaining automated pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for efficient software delivery, collaborating with Dev/Ops teams, automating infrastructure (Terraform, Ansible), scripting (Python, Shell), and ensuring security, with strong Git, Docker, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) knowledge being key.
• Support development teams on various Dev tools like Github, Jenkins, Harness, Cloud formation etc.
• Follow DevOps practices, automate infrastructure activities, documents standards and procedures.
• Drive existing automation frameworks forward to benefit automation across multiple products and if needed create new frameworks.
• Scripting using Python / shell and AWS cloud formation.
• Ability to learn to use new tools, and quickly become a subject matter expert.
