Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior iOS Developer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior iOS Developer will be responsible for designing and building applications for the iOS platform, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, collaborating with a team to define, design, and ship new features, and identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs. Additionally, the role includes maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization.

Responsibilities:

Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Web3 wallet production environments.

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on AWS to ensure high availability and reliability, experience with GCP and Azure is a plus.

Configure and manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes/ECS/EKS, and related tools for cluster management and automated deployment.

Monitor logs, performance, and system health using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, Dozzle and CloudWatch to proactively detect and resolve issues.

Operate and maintain blockchain nodes (Ethereum, Tron, custom chains) ensuring uptime, sync, and transaction reliability.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth execution of CI/CD processes.

Optimize backend and API reliability, including health checks, load balancing, fault isolation, and multi-port service troubleshooting.

Manage centralized configuration using Apollo and AWS AppConfig, enabling dynamic updates without downtime.

Implement automation and DevOps practices using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automated service recovery.

Ensure operational security for backend services, secure container configurations, and secrets management.

Design and maintain networking and load management, including port mapping, TCP routing, API gateways, AWS ALB, Auto Scaling Groups, and Bastion hosts.

Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, runbooks, and postmortems for incidents affecting containers, databases, or blockchain nodes.

Conduct regular disaster recovery drills and backups to ensure data integrity and system resilience.

Qualifications

PRequirements:

Proficiency in English communication.

Familiarity with Linux/Unix system administration with at least 2 years of operations and maintenance experience.

Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/ECS/EKS) and real-time container monitoring (Dozzle).

Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry Collector, CloudWatch.

Knowledge of databases and caching: MySQL, AWS RDS, Redis administration, backup, replication, failover, performance tuning.

Experience operating Web3 blockchain infrastructure: Ethereum, Tron, and custom nodes uptime, sync, and transaction reliability.

Backend & API reliability knowledge: health checks, load balancing, microservices fault isolation, troubleshooting multi-port services.

Experience with configuration management: Apollo, AWS AppConfig for centralized dynamic configuration.

Hands-on with Automation & DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins), Terraform, Ansible, and service recovery automation.

Knowledge of security operations: container security, secrets management, operational security.

Networking & load management expertise: port mapping, TCP routing, API gateway, AWS ALB, ASG, Bastion hosts, Security Groups.

Troubleshooting and incident management skills: container, database, and blockchain node diagnostics, root cause analysis, runbooks, and postmortems.
