Overview

We are seeking a Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer with 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud-native infrastructure in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, EKS, Terraform, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with the ability to lead DevOps initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive infrastructure best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Lead Kubernetes platform administration and production container orchestration.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Terraform and Python.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices across engineering teams.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, observability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to streamline release processes.
• Define DevOps standards, governance, and deployment strategies.

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, EKS, Route 53, ALB/NLB, Auto Scaling).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (CloudFormation knowledge is a plus).
• Expertise in Docker and containerization.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation.
• Strong understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
• Experience managing production-grade, highly available cloud environments.
