Job Description

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on diesel generator sets and associated auxiliary systems.
  • Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair diesel engines in accordance with OEM recommendations.
  • Maintain fuel systems, lubrication systems, cooling systems, intake and exhaust systems, and engine accessories.
  • Perform maintenance on alternators, excitation systems, starting systems, batteries, charging systems, and control panels.
  • Conduct engine alignment with alternators and perform coupling alignment checks after maintenance.
  • Replace and adjust engine components including injectors, fuel pumps, turbochargers, cylinder heads, pistons, liners, bearings, valves, and seals.
  • Perform engine performance testing, load bank testing, commissioning, and operational verification following maintenance activities.
