Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Digital Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key digital clients, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable digital roadmaps across web, app, UX, and performance marketing.
  • Lead strategic discussions around digital transformation, platform enhancements, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage client expectations, proactively address risks, and maintain strong long-term partnerships.

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive digital strategies covering websites, mobile applications, UX optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Align digital initiatives with measurable KPIs (traffic growth, conversion rates, engagement metrics, ROI).
  • Identify opportunities for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with media teams to ensure digital platforms are optimized for campaign performance.

Team Oversight & Project Leadership

  • Oversee and coordinate website developers, application developers, and UI/UX designers.
  • Manage sprint planning, timelines, deliverables, and quality control across digital projects.
  • Ensure technical implementation aligns with client objectives, UX best practices, and performance benchmarks.
  • Review wireframes, prototypes, staging environments, and final releases to maintain quality standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between development, creative, and media teams.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Oversight

  • Supervise Google Ads, social media ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), and digital performance initiatives.
  • Ensure correct tracking implementation (GA4, GTM, Pixels, Conversion APIs).
  • Evaluate campaign structures, audience segmentation, and budget allocations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and guide optimization strategies in collaboration with media specialists.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Analyze website/app performance metrics, campaign performance, and conversion funnels.
  • Translate analytics data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build structured monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Identify performance gaps and propose scalable growth solutions.
  • Maintain dashboards for real-time performance visibility.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor emerging digital trends, AI tools, UX advancements, and MarTech solutions.
  • Recommend platform enhancements, automation opportunities, and digital efficiencies.
  • Drive innovation within digital processes and client solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • 47+ years of experience in digital account management, digital marketing, or digital project management.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, UX/UI, performance marketers).
  • Strong understanding of website architecture, mobile applications, CMS platforms, and digital ecosystems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker).
  • Solid understanding of paid media campaign structures across Google Ads and major social platforms.
  • Ability to interpret KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, LTV, bounce rate, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience handling multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong project management capabilities (Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

  • Experience building digital growth strategies tied to revenue and acquisition goals.

Technical & Platforms

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom frameworks).
  • Basic understanding of front-end/back-end development workflows.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO.
  • Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools.

AI & Automation

  • Experience leveraging AI tools for analytics, reporting automation, UX research, and digital optimization.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM integrations.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Confident in leading internal and client-facing strategic discussions.
  • Strong decision-making skills backed by data and commercial understanding.
  • Ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
  • Structured thinker with strong organizational discipline.

  • Ability to evaluate creative quality, provide structured feedback, and brief creative teams effectively.
  • Strong sense of platform-specific storytelling (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn).

  • Confident in leading client meetings and presentations.
