Transform business questions into actionable analysis that yields insights for improving the customer experience, optimizing marketing efforts, and driving incremental sales across Websites and Apps.

Responsible for supporting to drive continuous improvements in site conversion rates, identify weak spots and recommending effective changes to the business.



Functional Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify friction points in each stage of the user lifecycle and understand their causes through research and analytics.
  • Transform users data into actionable Trading, Marketing and Product insights.
  • Support on defining the CRO roadmap to improve conversion rate across all marketing channels.
  • Continuously conceptualize and test new ideas improving user experience and commercial return from all digital marketing channels.
  • Create optimization opportunities and strategies using both quantitative (traffic source analysis, web.
  • analytics tools, digital experience and personalization tools) and qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) sources.
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvements in site conversion rates, identify weak spots and recommending effective changes to the business.
  • Execution, and management of Conversion Optimization projects including landing page optimization for marketing traffic and general Onsite optimization.
  • Implement A/B, multi-variate, multi-page and multi-variable experiments optimizing digital assets and landing
  • pages.
  • Together with Customer Analytics & Insight Manager be in charge of website and native mobile applications tracking best practices and implementations on available tools (GTM, Firebase, Adjust, UXCam, Hotjar).
  • Partner with Product and UX Leads to identify opportunities for improvement in the design, layout and navigation of the Al Tayer native mobile applications and websites, supporting each brand regarding the best practices. Stay informed about new current trends and best practices in online marketing, digital merchandising, and digital commerce product & design.
  • Provide insight and actionable recommendations for improving online marketing campaigns through analysis of website and native mobile application data pertaining to projects and enhancements.
  • Fully understand the functionality, application of digital analytics tools, using this knowledge to answer business questions and directly report findings to the business decision makers.
  • Ensure all delivery is insight and narrative-led with actionable recommendations and is delivered to stakeholders in a concise and accessible way.
  • Monitor critical success metrics and publish weekly and monthly executive dashboards.
  • Answer ad-hoc business questions to drive site marketing strategies or troubleshoot performance issues.
