A glimpse of your typical workday

Application Ownership & Support

  • Act as an internal product owner for assigned digital platforms.
  • Monitor availability, integrations, campaign triggers, payment flows, and data sync.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with vendors for incident resolution and SLA management.
  • Manage user roles, access control, and configuration changes
  • Messaging journeys (WhatsApp, SMS, Push, Email).
  • Customer segmentation and automation flows.
  • Validate business rules before campaign go-live.

What makes you stand out

  • Loyalty & Rewards Platforms: Hands-on experience with loyalty management applications such as TrueLoyal or similar customer loyalty and rewards platforms.
  • WhatsApp Messaging & AI Bot Tools: Experience working with WhatsApp Business APIs and messaging platforms such as Gupshup (or similar), including setup, optimization, and management of AI-powered chatbot experiences, conversational flows, and automated customer journeys.
  • Customer Support Systems: Practical experience with customer support tools such as Freshdesk, Ziwo, or similar ticketing and contact center solutions. Ability to manage workflows, SLAs, automation, performance dashboards, and service quality metrics.
  • Customer Engagement Platforms: Experience with customer engagement and marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage (or similar), including customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, personalization strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Analytics & Tracking Platforms: Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adjust, or similar analytics and attribution tools. Experience in event tracking implementation, funnel analysis, campaign performance measurement, and data-driven optimization.
  • 56 years experience supporting SaaS-based business applications(digital).
  • Experience with at least 34 of the above listed platforms.
  • Strong understanding of: API integrations, Customer journeys, Loyalty mechanics, Contact center workflows, Payment processing flows
  • Experience working with Customer Engagement and Experience platforms and tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
