Location: Doha , Qatar

Employment Type: Yearly Renewable Contract

Role Purpose

Provide architecture and technical design support to the Digital Delivery Office (DDO) during its establishment phase, ensuring all initiatives align with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards while staying open to emerging digital and AI technologies. Hands-on and delivery focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assurance: Define end-to-end solution architectures for DDO initiatives (AI Factory, Digital Experience, Future Tech, Data & Insights). Act as technical design authority, review deliverables, and contribute to the Architecture Review Board (ARB), standards, and reusable patterns.
• Integration: Design integrations with enterprise platforms (Oracle Fusion, Azure, BI, ECM). Define API and data exchange standards in line with security and governance frameworks.
• Future tech: Support early adoption of AI, automation, and low-code within enterprise guardrails, and ensure designs are scalable and adaptable.
• Delivery support: Work with project managers, analysts, and developers to turn business outcomes into deliverable designs. Resolve design issues and maintain architecture documentation and decision records.

• Approved solution architectures for active DDO initiatives
• Updated DDO architecture blueprint
• Integration and data flow diagrams
• Future-tech readiness and scalability assessments
• ARB review reports and sign-off artefacts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture
• Proven experience with Azure and/or Oracle Cloud, API management, microservices, and integration design
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, automation, and AI/ML
• Ability to balance innovation with compliance, cost, and stability
• TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent preferred
