About the Role
As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Manager / Director to lead the commercial build-out of the firm's wealth management division and drive significant assets under management growth across the region. This is a unique opportunity to join a business at an inflection point—combining the credibility of a regulated platform with the agility, equity upside, and ambition of a high-growth venture.
Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Market Development
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the wealth division
- Identify target client segments and growth channels across the GCC
- Build a scalable commercial framework capable of supporting long-term expansion
- Drive revenue generation and AUM growth across the platform's investment solutions
Client Origination & Relationship Management
- Leverage an existing network of family offices, HNWIs and institutional investors
- Originate and convert new investment relationships
- Manage key client relationships through portfolio reviews, investment updates and strategic advisory conversations
- Identify opportunities to expand wallet share through cross-selling and product diversification
Product & Market Leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert across digital assets and alternative investments
- Clearly articulate the platform's differentiated offering to sophisticated investors
- Maintain deep awareness of market developments, emerging opportunities and regulatory trends
- Provide strategic market intelligence to senior leadership and product teams
Strategic Business Building
- Partner closely with founders on product strategy, market expansion and team development
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform's wealth offering
- Help establish the operational and commercial infrastructure required for regional scale
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience across private banking, wealth management, institutional sales, alternative investments, or digital assets
- Demonstrated success in raising capital, acquiring clients and growing AUM
- Existing, active network of HNWI, UHNWI and family office relationships across the GCC
- Deep understanding of digital assets, tokenised investment structures, and digital asset investment products
- Strong knowledge of traditional investment products including:
- Structured products
- Alternative investment funds
- Access products
- Multi-asset and index strategies
- Proven business development capabilities with a strong hunter mentality
- Ability to operate autonomously within an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
Preferred Skills
- CFA, CAIA or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience with leading digital asset platforms, alternative asset managers or innovative wealth businesses
- Familiarity with regional and international digital asset regulatory frameworks
