Digital Assets Operations & Controls Specialist

Sovereign Financial Holdings B.V. is seeking a Digital Assets Operations & Controls Specialist to support the operational integrity, control frameworks and day-to-day processes related to digital asset holdings. This role focuses on accuracy, governance and reliability rather than strategy or leadership.

You will work closely with investment, treasury and finance teams to ensure that digital asset operations are properly controlled, transparent and aligned with institutional standards.

Responsibilities

Support operational workflows related to digital asset custody, transfers and settlements

Monitor balances, movements and confirmations across wallets and custodial platforms

Perform reconciliations between internal records, custodians and blockchain data

Assist in implementing and maintaining control procedures for digital asset operations

Support interaction with custodians, exchanges and service providers

Identify operational risks and inconsistencies related to digital assets

Prepare operational reports and documentation for internal stakeholders

Support audits, reviews and internal control assessments related to crypto assets

Requirements

3+ years of experience in financial operations, middle office, controls or treasury roles

Hands-on experience working with digital assets, crypto custody or exchanges

Strong understanding of how wallets, settlements and confirmations work

High attention to detail and strong process discipline

Experience working with institutional service providers is a plus

Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment

Fluency in English

Compensation

Base Salary: 120,000160,000 USD per year

Token Allocation: Available as part of a hybrid compensation structure

Legacy: Annual performance-based bonus
