Job Summary

The Digital Associate Director will oversee digital media strategy, ensuring that campaigns connect data, technology, and creativity to deliver meaningful performance results. You'll lead cross-platform teams to design digital ecosystems that engage audiences and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee digital strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Lead a team of digital specialists across search, social, and programmatic.
• Ensure performance frameworks and optimization processes are data-driven.
• Partner with analytics and creative teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Manage senior client relationships and present data-led strategic recommendations.
• Stay ahead of digital innovations, platform updates, and measurement models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital media strategy or performance marketing.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-discipline digital teams.
• Deep knowledge of paid social, programmatic, and search platforms.
• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
