About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Business Development Manager to drive high-impact influencer partnerships, affiliate growth, and digital user acquisition. This role requires a strong network of influencers, KOLs, and community leaders across crypto, trading, and finance. You will own end-to-end relationship building, campaign execution, and performance optimization to accelerate Vantage's digital presence and active user growth.
Responsibilities
Influencer & KOL Network Growth
- Utilize your established network of influencers and KOLs across crypto, finance, and trading communities to execute impactful collaborations.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across various regions and audience demographics.
- Build long-term, scalable relationships that support continuous user acquisition and brand visibility.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy to recruit new affiliate partners and drive measurable sales volume.
- Work closely with influencers to create high-quality, targeted content aligned with Vantage's brand values and campaign objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including planning, negotiation, briefing, activation, and post-campaign review.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as engagement, reach, user acquisition, conversions, cost-per-acquisition, and ROI.
- Analyze performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve future activity.
- Provide structured reporting to internal stakeholders on partner performance and strategic outcomes.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Handle all aspects of influencer agreements, ensuring favorable commercial terms and long-term collaboration potential.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements with influencers and agencies.
Market & Trend Intelligence
- Stay up to date with trends in influencer marketing, the CFD sector, crypto ecosystems, and global/regional digital trends.
- Identify new opportunities, emerging platforms, and fast-moving communities that can support growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, business development, or affiliate partnerships, preferably in trading, crypto, fintech, or CFDs.
- Existing active network of influencers, KOLs, IBs, or crypto communities
- Strong understanding of CFDs, trading products, and brokerage ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end with measurable results.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
- English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
