Overview:
The Digital Consulting Expert is responsible for delivering high-value digital advisory and transformation services to clients by translating business objectives into actionable digital, data, and AI-driven initiatives. This role supports the development of consulting methodologies, engagement frameworks, and strategic transformation programs while serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver digital consulting engagements focused on digital transformation, operating model enhancement, data strategy, AI adoption, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Advise clients on business transformation opportunities, aligning technology capabilities with strategic and operational objectives.
- Conduct assessments, maturity evaluations, and strategic analyses to identify gaps, opportunities, and transformation priorities.
- Develop consulting deliverables including transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, operating frameworks, and implementation approaches.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital consulting offerings, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive-level presentations to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, delivery teams, data specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility and execution alignment.
- Provide advisory support during pre-sales and proposal activities, including solution positioning, scoping, and client presentations.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and value realization across assigned consulting engagements.
- Support organizational knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned, reusable assets, and consulting standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the consulting function.
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in digital transformation, enterprise technology, AI, data, and innovation strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in consulting, digital transformation, cloud, project management, or enterprise architecture are considered an advantage
Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, enterprise advisory, or related consulting roles.
- Experience is equivalent to Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, or Principal-level contributor within consulting or advisory environments.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise digital transformation or strategic advisory engagements.
- Experience contributing to consulting offerings, frameworks, methodologies, or capability development initiatives.
