We are looking for a Digital Designer to create engaging and visually compelling digital experiences that strengthen our brand presence across all online channels.
In this role, you will design high-quality digital assets, contribute to website and UI experiences, and collaborate closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to support campaigns, digital platforms, and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Creative Development
- Design digital assets including website pages, landing pages, banners, email templates, and social media creatives
- Translate brand guidelines into modern, intuitive digital experiences
- Create UI elements, icons, and illustrations aligned with brand identity
Website & UI/UX
- Design webpage layouts, wireframes, and digital prototypes
- Support improvements in usability, accessibility, and engagement
- Contribute to UX enhancements using data and user insights
HTML & Front-End Support
- Build and update simple webpage templates using HTML/CSS
- Support landing page development for marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and functionality
Campaign & Content Support
- Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns and product launches
- Ensure design consistency across web, email, mobile, and social platforms
- Adapt creative assets into multiple formats for digital distribution
Quality Assurance & Optimization
- Conduct visual QA across devices and browsers
- Optimize assets for speed, responsiveness, and performance
- Ensure all outputs meet brand and accessibility standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital design
- Experience within real estate, hospitality, or corporate brands is preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and UI work
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Experience with AI tools for digital creatives, animation, or CGI
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Experience working within CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
