About the role:
The job holder is responsible for managing the Digital Ecosystem Partnerships function within the organization. This includes developing partnership selection criteria, securing partnership agreements, facilitating effective communication and collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement and partnership effectiveness through performance analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of the Partnerships & Funding Management business plan in alignment with the organization's strategy.
- Develop and implement the operational plan for Digital Ecosystem Partnerships.
- Contribute to achieving partnership goals and strategic objectives.
Budget Management
- Provide input on budgeting requirements and ensure efficient use of the allocated budget.
- Report progress, challenges, and propose initiatives that improve financial performance and reduce risks.
Policies & Procedures
- Lead the development and implementation of Digital Ecosystem Partnerships policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure day-to-day compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Partnership Planning
- Coordinate with Strategy & Performance teams to define strategic partnership needs.
- Develop partner selection criteria and initiate engagement with relevant industry players.
- Oversee annual partnership engagement plans and objectives.
Operational Partnership Management
- Secure and manage formal agreements (MoUs, contracts) in coordination with Legal.
- Establish frameworks for partner request management and communication.
- Facilitate partner onboarding and maintain strong relationships through regular reviews and coordination.
Performance Monitoring
- Set KPIs and performance mechanisms for partnerships.
- Monitor results, analyze feedback, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Identify areas for improvement based on performance reports.
People Management
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, and supporting team members.
- Provide training and ongoing feedback to ensure effective performance.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Digital Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, stakeholder management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, preferably in digital, technology, or innovation sectors.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong background in developing partnership frameworks, agreements, and engagement strategies.
