Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and creatively driven Digital Marketer Brand & Growth to own and elevate our digital presence across platforms. This role is focused on brand-led digital storytelling, premium positioning, and driving meaningful growth through integrated digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate understands how to translate a luxury / premium brand identity into consistent, high-quality digital communication while collaborating closely with the Creative Head and content teams to shape compelling narratives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Brand Building
- Own and drive the brand's digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website platforms.
- Develop and execute brand-first digital strategies aligned with premium positioning and long-term growth.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual language, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Campaigns and Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns including brand, product, and seasonal initiatives.
- Oversee paid media activities across Meta, Google, and relevant platforms with a focus on brand recall, engagement, and quality lead generation.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and translate data into improved strategy, creative direction, and optimization.
Content Strategy and Creative Collabration
- Collaborate closely with the Content Creator and Creative Head to shape strong concepts, stories, and content formats.
- Provide strategic direction for reels, videos, posts, and campaigns beyond content approval.
- Ensure content supports brand identity, storytelling, and premium tone.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and influencers when required.
Market and Audience Understanding
- Apply a strong understanding of regional consumer behavior, particularly within the Indian premium home and interiors segment.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform changes, and emerging formats, adapting them meaningfully to enhance brand presence.
What we are looking for
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on brand building and growth.
- Proven experience managing digital platforms, campaigns, and paid media.
- Strong sense of creative digital storytelling and premium / luxury brand aesthetics.
- Ability to collaborate closely with a Creative Head and content teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and strong analytical skills.
