The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing initiatives, including Content, SEO, Social Media, and Media Buying, to ensure the smooth execution and alignment of all marketing requests with the brands objectives.
Also act as the main liaison between different marketing sections (Content, Design, SEO, Media Buying) and ensure that all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Job Requirements:
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
1. Request & Project Management:
- Receive and track all marketing requests.
- Ensure proper assignment of requests to relevant sections (content, SEO, design, ads).
- Follow up on deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of all materials.
- Maintain and regularly update a detailed tracker of ongoing and completed requests.
- Prioritize tasks based on campaign importance and deadlines.
2. Content & Social Media Coordination:
- Align monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Review content drafts, visuals, and post captions to ensure brand tone consistency.
- Coordinate social media posting schedules and monitor engagement metrics.
- Work with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive and on-brand storytelling.
- Review monthly performance of social media platforms and propose improvements.
3. SEO & Website Coordination:
- Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure blogs, pages, and landing content align with keyword strategies.
- Track keyword ranking updates and monitor performance reports.
- Ensure all published materials follow SEO best practices (meta tags, CTAs, readability, etc.).
- Assist in reviewing monthly SEO performance reports.
4. Media Buying Oversight:
- Coordinate with the media buying team to plan and monitor Media Buying (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Review campaign goals, targeting, and creatives before launch.
- Follow up on campaign results and ensure optimization recommendations are implemented.
- Support in preparing monthly performance summaries.
5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Collect insights from all digital channels (SEO, social, ads).
- Compile monthly marketing performance reports.
- Highlight key wins, areas for improvement, and action items for the upcoming month.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with all marketing sections to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support in planning and executing product launches, campaigns, or special events.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, competitor reviews, and strategy discussions.
- Ensure all marketing actions align with brand tone and identity.
6. KPIs & Performance Metrics:
- Task Management: % of completed requests on time and within quality standards.
- Social Media: Engagement rate, follower growth, and campaign reach.
- SEO: Traffic growth, ranking improvement, and organic leads.
- Media Buying: Lead generation, CTR, and cost per lead.
