We are growing, and we need someone who keeps that growth disciplined.
The Role
You will own the client relationship. You understand what a client actually needs, translate it into work the team can execute, and hold everyone accountable to the outcome.
You will read campaign data, identify what is underperforming, and walk into client calls with a clear point of view. You will also grow the accounts you manage by identifying upsell opportunities that make sense for the client, not just for the invoice.
