About the Role:
Above & Beyond Properties L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist to join our real estate marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance the company's online
presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Implement lead generation strategies, including landing pages, forms, and funnels, to drive high-quality inquiries.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with UAE advertising regulations and RERA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and paid advertising for real estate.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and digital marketing funnels.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and paid content strategies.
