Beyond X is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Leader, AI Growth & Performance to lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies for the company and its clients. This role will own the digital growth agenda across search, content, social media, email, paid advertising, analytics, and marketing automation.

The successful candidate will combine strong marketing fundamentals with a practical understanding of AI-powered tools and workflows. You will turn audience data into actionable personas, transform insights into compelling campaigns, and use experimentation and performance analytics to improve reach, engagement, lead quality, conversion, and return on investment.

This is a leadership role for a strategic thinker who can also execute. You will collaborate closely with client servicing, creative, sales, product, technology, and external media partners to build connected customer journeys and deliver measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Segmentation, and Growth Planning

•Develop comprehensive, AI-enabled digital marketing strategies aligned with Beyond X's business goals and each client's commercial objectives.

•Conduct audience research, segmentation, behavioral analysis, and competitor reviews to identify growth opportunities.

•Build and continuously refine customer personas, buyer journeys, intent segments, and audience-profiling frameworks.

•Translate business and customer insights into channel strategies, campaign priorities, content themes, and measurable growth plans.

•Identify opportunities to use AI for market intelligence, trend analysis, predictive insights, personalization, and marketing decision support.

Integrated Campaign Leadership

•Lead the planning, launch, management, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and social channels.

•Manage lead-generation, brand-awareness, conversion, remarketing, retargeting, and customer-nurture campaigns.

•Coordinate campaign objectives, audience definitions, messaging, creative requirements, landing pages, media plans, budgets, and delivery timelines.

•Establish structured testing programs for creative, copy, audiences, offers, landing pages, bidding strategies, and customer journeys.

•Ensure that campaign activity is connected across the full funnel, from awareness and consideration through conversion, retention, and advocacy.

AI-Powered Marketing Operations

•Design practical AI-assisted workflows for research, content ideation, copy development, SEO analysis, campaign personalization, reporting, and optimization.

•Evaluate and recommend AI tools that improve marketing quality, efficiency, speed, and scalability while protecting brand standards and customer trust.

•Develop prompt frameworks, content-quality controls, and review processes to ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, relevant, on-brand, culturally appropriate, and human-approved.

•Explore the use of automation, predictive scoring, generative AI, conversational experiences, and dynamic personalization to improve customer and campaign performance.

•Promote responsible use of AI, including attention to privacy, data governance, transparency, bias, intellectual property, and ethical customer communication.

SEO, Search, and Content Marketing

•Own organic search strategy, including keyword research, search intent mapping, technical SEO coordination, on-page optimization, content optimization, internal linking, and performance monitoring.

•Optimize websites and digital content for Google and other relevant search engines, including emerging AI-powered search experiences.

•Lead content planning across articles, landing pages, social content, email, video, case studies, newsletters, and other digital formats.

•Build and manage editorial calendars across divisions, brands, and client accounts.

•Partner with designers, developers, writers, and subject-matter experts to improve website experience, content quality, accessibility, and conversion performance.

•Use AI-supported research and content tools while maintaining original thinking, editorial judgment, factual accuracy, and a distinctive brand voice.

Social Media and Community Growth

•Plan and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms, adapting channel roles and content formats to each audience.

•Create and maintain integrated content calendars for Beyond X and its client accounts.

•Coordinate publishing, community engagement, social listening, reputation management, and timely response to audience feedback.

•Identify trends, cultural moments, and emerging platform opportunities that can strengthen brand relevance and engagement.

•Measure social performance and use insights to improve content, audience growth, engagement quality, and lead generation.

Email, CRM, and Marketing Automation

•Develop email campaigns, online newsletters, automated journeys, lead-nurture sequences, and re-engagement programs.

•Support audience lifecycle planning, including welcome, education, conversion, retention, upsell, and win-back communications.

•Improve segmentation, personalization, subject lines, calls to action, deliverability, and conversion rates through structured testing.

•Collaborate with sales and account teams to improve lead handover, follow-up quality, pipeline visibility, and marketing-to-sales alignment.

Measurement, Analytics, and Reporting

•Define channel-specific and business-level KPIs for awareness, acquisition, engagement, lead quality, conversion, customer value, and ROI.

•Monitor campaign, website, SEO, social, email, and advertising performance using analytics, advertising, CRM, SEO, and reporting platforms.

•Build clear performance reports and dashboards that turn data into decisions, recommendations, and prioritized actions.

•Diagnose performance gaps, identify the drivers of success or underperformance, and communicate insights to senior leadership, clients, and internal teams.

•Maintain accurate tracking, attribution, UTM governance, conversion events, and data-quality standards.

Team, Client, and Partner Leadership

•Guide internal specialists and cross-functional teams toward high-quality, insight-led delivery.

•Present strategies, campaign plans, performance results, and optimization recommendations with confidence and clarity.

•Manage relationships with media agencies, technology providers, freelancers, publishers, and other strategic partners.

•Contribute to proposals, client pitches, annual plans, budgets, and new-business opportunities.

•Stay current with digital marketing, AI, search, social, media, analytics, and automation developments, and translate relevant changes into practical improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. A relevant professional certification is an advantage.

•Several years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or an integrated agency environment, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.

•Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns involving SEO, paid search, paid social, content, email, remarketing, and lead nurturing.

•Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social advertising, web analytics, email marketing, CRM, content management systems, and marketing automation.

•Experience developing audience segments, personas, customer journeys, campaign briefs, content calendars, and performance dashboards.

•Practical experience using AI tools for marketing research, content development, analysis, personalization, workflow automation, or campaign optimization.

•Experience working with websites and content management systems such as WordPress, as well as familiarity with basic UX, conversion-rate optimization, and web performance principles.

•Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage.

•Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, experimentation, reporting, and ROI analysis.

•Experience managing vendors, media partners, budgets, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key indicators may include improved qualified-lead volume and conversion, stronger organic visibility, higher campaign efficiency, increased engagement quality, better email performance, clearer marketing attribution, faster and more consistent content delivery, and measurable improvement in client satisfaction and return on investment.
