Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing & Growth professional is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support revenue growth, lead generation, brand positioning, and ecosystem engagement across both NmoHub and its incubated and portfolio companies.
This role combines strategic marketing, content development, demand generation, digital marketing, brand management, and venture growth support. The successful candidate will translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives that generate qualified opportunities, strengthen brand visibility, and support the commercial growth of both NmoHub and the startups within its portfolio.
Success will be measured by business impact, pipeline contribution, lead generation, brand growth, startup visibility, and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute NmoHub's annual and quarterly marketing strategy.
- Create marketing plans aligned with revenue, partnership, incubation, acceleration, and venture development objectives.
- Define target audiences, positioning, messaging, and value propositions for NmoHub services and programs.
- Support portfolio companies in developing marketing approaches that improve customer acquisition and market visibility.
- Develop lead generation strategies that support business development and sales goals.
- Identify new growth opportunities, market segments, strategic campaigns, and partnerships.
- Develop go-to-market plans for new programs, initiatives, services, and selected portfolio companies.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness.
Content & Brand Development
- Manage NmoHub's content strategy across digital channels.
- Create, write, and publish content for LinkedIn, the website, newsletters, and other platforms.
- Develop service descriptions, landing pages, thought leadership content, and program marketing materials.
- Support executive branding and thought leadership initiatives for NmoHub leadership.
- Create and promote success stories, case studies, founder stories, and portfolio company achievements.
- Support incubated and portfolio companies with marketing content, messaging, and visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate content production with designers, videographers, and external partners.
Portfolio Company Marketing Support
- Support incubated and portfolio companies with marketing strategy, positioning, and brand visibility.
- Assist startups in preparing marketing materials for customers, partners, investors, and Demo Days.
- Help portfolio companies improve digital presence, content strategy, and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness, traction, and commercial growth across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with program teams to prioritize high-potential ventures requiring marketing support.
Demand Generation & Lead Support
- Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified business opportunities.
- Work closely with Business Development teams to convert marketing activities into measurable pipeline growth.
- Develop lead nurturing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns.
- Support event marketing, Demo Days, ecosystem programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor lead quality and conversion performance.
- Support marketing initiatives that help portfolio companies attract customers, partners, and investors.
Analytics & Performance
- Track campaign, website, content, and lead generation performance.
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
- Monitor conversion rates, campaign ROI, and marketing contribution to revenue.
- Measure the effectiveness of startup marketing support and visibility initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or brand management.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth and revenue generation.
- Strong content writing and storytelling capabilities in Arabic and English.
- Professional business proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Experience with SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and growth marketing frameworks.
- Experience with CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels.
- Ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within startups, incubators, accelerators, venture builders, innovation ecosystems, consulting firms, or technology companies.
- Experience supporting founder, executive, or corporate thought leadership initiatives.
- Experience marketing innovation, entrepreneurship, venture development, or business advisory services.
- Experience with B2B marketing and professional services marketing.
- Experience supporting startup growth, customer acquisition, or go-to-market initiatives.
- Existing knowledge of the Saudi startup and innovation ecosystem is a plus.
