Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
(Central Operations & Growth Role)
This role serves as the operational and strategic backbone of our digital marketing ecosystem. The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager is responsible for turning goals into coordinated campaigns, ensuring every channel, asset, and metric is aligned and performing.
What This Person Must Be Able to Do
1. Own Campaign Execution End-to-End
Translate organizational goals into structured digital campaigns
Plan timelines, content themes, and channel strategy
Ensure campaigns launch on time and stay cohesive across platforms
2. Manage All Digital Channels
Schedule, publish, and manage content across all social platforms
Adapt messaging per platform rather than copy-pasting
Maintain consistency in voice, quality, and brand standards
3. Act as the Central Coordinator
Serve as the point person between leadership, creative, and tech
Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies
Ensure no gaps between content, landing pages, emails, or ads
4. Analyze Performance & Optimize
Track metrics across organic, paid, SEO, and traffic sources
Identify which content converts and why
Adjust strategy based on data, not guesses
Clearly communicate insights and recommendations
5. Drive Traffic & Conversions
Understand SEO fundamentals and content optimization
Manage or collaborate on Meta ads and paid campaigns
Connect social traffic to landing pages, email flows, and conversions
Flag broken funnels or underperforming assets
6. Maintain Operational Discipline
Manage editorial calendars that are actually followed
Track content assets and versions
Prevent missed posts, broken links, or inconsistent messaging
7. Protect Brand Integrity & Judgment
Ensure storytelling aligns with values and brand voice
Exercise judgment during sensitive or high-risk moments
Know when to pause, pivot, or escalate issues
8. Think Systemically
See how all parts work together: content, traffic, conversion, follow-up
Continuously evaluate what to scale, improve, or stop
Build repeatable systems rather than one-off efforts
