Role Mission
To build and manage INOI's end-to-end digital ecosystem from website and presentations to social media, content strategy, and brand communication driving awareness, structured growth, and commercial support across markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Online Presence
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy
- Manage the official website (structure, content, UX, updates)
- Coordinate website development and redesign
- Optimize user journey and conversion performance
2. Content & Brand Communication
- Prepare high-quality investor, commercial, and product presentations
- Develop brand materials (catalogues, one-pagers, pitch decks)
- Maintain consistent tone of voice and brand positioning
- Ensure visual identity consistency across markets
3. Designer & Vendor Management
- Manage internal and external designers
- Strong network of freelance designers / creative studios is a plus
- Brief, supervise, and ensure quality and timely delivery
- Oversee marketing creatives and digital assets
4. Social Media & Digital Channels
- Develop and manage social media strategy
- Build content calendars and supervise execution
- Manage influencer collaborations where relevant
- Track engagement and performance metrics
5. Digital Analytics & Performance
- Track traffic, engagement, CAC, and conversion metrics
- Manage performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Run A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Ensure cost-efficient digital growth
6. Product Launch & Commercial Support
- Lead digital campaigns for new device launches
- Prepare marketing toolkits for distributors
- Coordinate marketing execution across markets
KPIs
- Growth in digital traffic and brand visibility
- Website conversion rate
- Quality and consistency of marketing materials
- Cost-efficiency of campaigns
- Timely execution of launches
- Strength of brand positioning in target markets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with consumer brands (electronics/telecom preferred)
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides)
- Proven experience managing websites and digital campaigns
- Experience working with designers and creative vendors
- Structured, disciplined, and execution-focused
- Strong English communication skills
