We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth through data-driven digital marketing campaigns within the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Lead customer acquisition and product growth initiatives using segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Manage and optimize paid search, display, programmatic, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage media planning, budgets, and coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign management.
- Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or cards is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, paid social, media buying, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, audience segmentation, marketing analytics, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
